What you should eat everyday
Vegetables and Fruits do not contain too much calories.
Seeds, Nuts and Avocados contain good fats. They are also high in calories, this is why you should not be eaten a big quantity of each.

According to your lifestyle and your exercises you will maybe need more proteins(red meat, chicken, fish and so on…) and m0re eggs.
